  • You can enjoy free delivery for orders totaling over 100 euros in Ile de France and within a 35km radius from our headquarters. 
  • For distances exceeding 35km, a fixed fee will apply. The specific fee depends on the distance from our headquarters. 
  • If you’re placing an order from outside Ile de France, kindly get in touch with our team to discuss the logistics. 
  • Africomfort Foods provides existing customers with a unique referral code. 
  • Existing customers can share their referral code with friends, family, or anyone interested in our products. 
  • When a new customer uses a referral code to make a purchase, Africomfort Foods tracks it and ensures that the rewards are distributed to the referrer. 
  • To qualify for a 10% discount on your order, the existing customer should refer a minimum of three new customers, each making a purchase of at least 120 euros.

Upon placing an order, you’ll be presented with various delivery time slots. Simply select the timeslot that best suits your requirements. Most deliveries occur on weekends, but we also offer weekday delivery options. Deliveries can commence as early as 5am to accommodate early risers heading to work. 

Product returns are accepted under specific conditions: 

  • The products must remain unopened. 
  • Request for return must be made within 7 days from the date of product delivery. 

All returned products meeting these conditions will be promptly refunded. We kindly ask customers to consider their purchases carefully before placing an order.
